........Sorry I missed your call. Yes the Bear ( 58" standing bear) arrived safely and he is fantastic! He's called Augustus B (big) bear or Gus for short. He is the perfect height so that I feel like giving him a hug every time I go past. I'm already planning seasonal looks for him - an armful of autumn fruit for the next few weeks I think. He is standing in the entrance hall and several people have commented how good is. Thank you both so much for your help. I am sure I most be one of the only people in the UK to have such a great bear and you made it happen and were really helpful throughout. I'm very happy to recommend you to all potential buyers. ........Thanks so much for shipping out Father Christmas when you did. It was a total surprise to my wife. Within an hour of her receiving it, she already had it set up and she has really enjoyed it through the holidays. Many of the nights right around Christmas, he stayed lit all night. It really did add to our bedroom where we didn’t have that many decorations. With four of our little friends now I am not sure how many more we may be ordering. They sure do look spectacular throughout the house and we have had many really positive comments about them this season. ........We had searched all over for a bear to give our newest grandchild which was due at any time. Our past three grandchildren received a stuffed bear from my husband (Papa Bear) at the hospital when they were born. So we were quite disappointed when after searching all over the place for this bear................ I found the tag off the last bear and was able to find out where the bear came from. You Guys!........The grand baby came a couple days ago and we were so pleased to have this wonderful stuffed bear to give her, to continue the tradition. Thank You so much. ........Thank you! I received the bear this morning. He's cuddly and cute! When we were at a friend's, she had two big bears and my husband thought one would be great for the cabin. We checked the names on them and found the other one online and thought maybe this was the second one which to me was more realistic. It isn't - it's better. The claws are made better. ........My Knut arrived yesterday in fine shape. He was happy to get out of the bag and the box! I slept with him last night, and he's WONDERFUL! So much better than the two pillows I've been using trying to keep my back aligned when I sleep. I think Tigger, one of my cats, liked him, too, because I could feel her kneading him with her paws when she jumped up beside me. His presence has been requested at the next meeting of our teddy bear collectors club next week, too, so he will get a lot of adoring attention, I'm sure!...... It's been a pleasure! After I “scooted” him ( it was a bulky box, not too heavy) in the door and opened him up, I found a wonderful new friend!! ..........."Today I received the bear rug today in the mail. It's great! I'm very pleased! I laid him out in my office on the couch. Needless to say, he has startled a few of my staff as they have come into my office. Great fun!!! I'm adding a mantel and some trim to our pretty plain fireplace in the next week or two. When I'm done, I think this will make a handsome addition as well. I'll place him in front on the floor when my wife is at work one day soon. I think she will be pleasantly surprised.

I have an aunt in Virginia that has one that I've loved for over 10 years. It was a gift to her, and she had no clue how to find one -- she thought they were only sold to retailers. On a whim, I thought to look for one again after all these years, and your website popped up!

The craftsmanship is just absolutely beautiful and so well designed. The catalog and the computer do not justify the beauty of the basket. I was also very impressed that the maker of the basket signed it and the date that it was made. ......We got our bears last night and they arrived last night and in very good condition .
We brought the big bear to our daughter right away and she fell in love with it and was very happy to receive it.
We had planned for it to go to her vacation home but she says it will stay at her home in Florida. She was very very happy with it you will probably be hearing from her.
We have our lamp post bear set up by our door and using it for a night light I could not be happier
